Aidas Miezelis: the third man

We have a picture of Aidas Miezelis, the third man who abused Deimante. He is a high-ranking official in the Secret Service VSD. Help us verify this picture of him.
Is this the right guy? Does anyone know him?

Deimante's testimony: full length video

This is the full length video that Drasius Kedys made of Deimante Kedyte's testimony. We wanted to have it here for the record. Listen and judge: is this girl telling the truth? Was she coached? Was she brainwashed that she was abused?

Adamkus, Lithuanian Psyche and the CIA: Who created the political system in Lithuania?

We have been wondering how Lithuania can get away with child abuse, corruption, prosecution of innocent people, and how the Secret Service can be so openly cynical about the destruction of human lives. How can those in power behave like they own the country?

According to the article below, the paedophile clan and the Secret Service totally controls the Lithuanian political system. This system was created by the American CIA agent (in the US he worked in military intelligence for example) and former Lithuanian president Valdas Adamkus.

(We do not want to spread rumours or speculate, and therefore we will not say that we were told the rumour that for some reason in the US Adamkus was forbidden to adopt children. As we said, this is just a rumour, and we do not believe rumours.)

To better understand this child abuse case and the enormous cover up, we need to understand how it all started: who were these people, and how was the current political system created?

This is a reprint of an older article, which is a good analysis how the Lithuanian political system developed - and of the psychology of the Lithuanian people. The conclusion is that the present political system was created by the former president Adamkus with the direct involvement of the CIA, with the goal to "take control" of the Baltic state.

But that is not all. The most important factor is the psychology of the Lithuanian peolpe. Adamkus and the CIA would have hardly succeeded without several psychological characteristics: the servility, submissiveness and admiration of the powerful conquerors: the Nazis, the Russians, the Americans. And deriving from that the readiness to destroy the weak (jews, children, honest ordinary people) and the absolute worship of the powerful plus the susceptibility to manipulation (repression of the truth) are the main reasons for the incredibly corrupt Lithuanian society today.

If we follow the thoughts in this article, we can conclude that the Secret Service of Lithuania, build on the principle of the CIA would use any means to remove Neringa Venckiene and the new party from the political stage.

CIA Black Site and Lithuanian Complicty

Helena Raymond Lencevicius

November 22, 2009
The latest news of yet another CIA black site in Lithuania has caught the country’s image-makers off guard.

Jacques Delors

Lithuanian president Dalia Grybauskaite.

This, following earlier claims by ABC News and backed up by reporting from Russia Today on another black site used by CIA to transfer and interrogate Afghan “enemy combatants” lead the Lithuanian foreign minister, former ambassador to the US Vygaudas Usackas to call for damage-control mode to protect the small Baltic nation’s international image.
Likewise, Lithuania’s first female president, Dalia Grybauskaite, has publicly called for everything to be thoroughly investigated. She’s called for everything short of actual criminal prosecution.

Gryabauskaite, a former European Commission commissioner and qualified economist–if you consider a Soviet degree in economics a qualification–, replaced former president Valdas Adamkus in the post earlier this year.

Adamkus, asked point-blank by reporters during his second term if there were CIA black sites in Lithuania, said “I have no information of any.”

If you imagine his quote in the voice of sergeant Schultz from the Hogan’s Heroes television program, you’re pretty close to the truth.

Adamkus lived most of his life in the United States, where he worked with US Army military intelligence before being appointed by Richard Nixon to head Region 5–Chicagoland–of the newly created Environmental Protection Agency. When he was elected Lithuanian president in 1998, the election commission conveniently overlooked his non-eligibility based on lack of prior residency. He also failed to disclose his stint with Army intelligence in the USA.

One thing Adamkus didn’t bother to cover up was his service as a partisan soldier under Nazi command in late 1944 in Lithuania.

When at the end of his first term Adamkus lost the election to Rolandas Paksas, Lithuania experienced its first modern CIA color revolution. Paksas was quickly dogged by dupes and rent-a-mobs, his character was assassinated in every media outlet and the parliament voted to impeach him. And just in case the Lithuanian elite weren’t sure who was who and what was what, then-US secretary of state Colin Powell whispered in the ear of Lithuanian foreign minister Antanas Valionis (since driven out of political life because of evidence that surfaced showing he was a KGB agent) that the removal of Paksas was what Washington wanted. Paksas was duly removed and Lithuania’s short experiment in real democracy ended.

[efoods]Since then, transitions of power have been smooth, much like the passing of a baton in a relay race, with only occasional ripples demanding “damage control.”

One such incident arose when a respected journalist “outed” Grybauskaite, then a European Commissioner. In fantstically homophobic Lithuania this was tantamount to treason. Fortunately, the journalist was successfully silenced, driven out of his job and ostracized, so that by 2009 this little bump was no obstacle to Grybauskaite’s installation in the president’s office.

Lithuania has employed the same tactic in dealing with the Holocaust.

From the point of view of the genocidal maniacs in charge, Lithuania was the most successful in the process of exterminating Jews during WWII. Nowhere in Europe was there a higher kill rate. While various factions argue over the exact figures, based on their ideological orientations, the fact is about 95% of Lithuanian Jews were killed, the majority of them in the first three months after the German invasion in June, 1941. And the vast majority of those initial deaths were at the hands of Lithuanians, many in locations where the Germans had not yet arrived (see scholar and survivor Dov Levin for real information on this). Lithuania and Ostland in general did not have gas chambers, they killed Jews the old-fashioned way, with bullets, machetes, hammers, saws. Once the process became established, with killing pits and transports at major urban centers, it was still Lithuanians who did the killing, and not because they were threatened with death, but because they were bribed with the opportunity to rob the victims and with free alcohol.

Lithuanians have never faced up to the role their society played in the Holocaust 1941-1944. In fact they’ve done everything possible to obscure history, either claiming the killers were a small minority of hoodlums (which isn’t true: the mobs that literally tore Jews apart in Kaunas and Vilnius in summer and fall of ’41 were high school and college students, ex-Lithuanian military and various other members of society), or that Lithuanians suffered under “Jewish NKVD” before the Germans arrived, and that in fact the Lithuanian “genocide” is just as important or more than the Jewish one.
This close-looped propaganda Lithuanians have been repeating for generations has reached a fever pitch recently, with the parliament threatening to make it a crime to smear the good name of the Lithuanian partisans who fought the USSR. Any reasonable book on the Lithuanian Holocaust will tell you that it was Lithuanian partisans who undertook the first wave of genocide in 1941. This is damage control, Lithuanian style.

It’s also important because it demonstrates why the Lithuanian body politic embraced Bush’s diktat after 9/11. It would be easy to blame Adamkus as a US agent in the highest post, but support for the US under Bush was broader. Lithuanians outdid themselves to prove themselves in the “war on terror,” just as Lithuanians outdid themselves in 1941 to show the Nazis what good Aryans they were. It’s exactly the same dynamic, right down to the correspondence: the provisional government of Lithuania in 1941 sent a letter to “the Great Fuehrer of Germany, his excellency Adolf Hitler” praising his policies and invasion of Lithuania. The son of one of that government’s ministers, the son also a high ranking politician,  sent a similar letter to Condalizza Rice in 2001 pledging undying support for the US program, a program which, in the end, is genocide in Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere.
Damage control: don’t do the damage to begin with, and then you don’t have to cover it up for centuries.
Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

We decided to publish this comment as a separate post:

After they removed all the people from the house, only Deimante’s aunt Neringa remained with Deimante sitting in her lap. They brought a psychologist and a child service person who did not have any problems exerting psychological pressure toward Deimante. At first they tried to manipulate her and promise things, but when Deimante kept saying she did not want to go with them, they said she did not have any choice. Deimante kept refusing and asked them to leave (At one point Deimante even said that she didn’t want to live and asked them to leave her alone, but they continued to pressure her). They tried to touch her, but her aunt Neringa was yelling at them that it was against the law to us force against the girl. Finally, they brought the girls’ mother in the house with her attorney (who helped to carry the girl out), policemen locked Neringa’s hand behind her back (however, now they are accusing her of hitting a policeman and suing her for that…) and allowed Deimante’s mother to pull her from Neringa. Deimante was holding Neringa with all her strength, but she was pulled away from her and carried out screaming. During the time when the girl was carried to a van, someone administered some medication to her, since a video in the van showed the girl motionless and saying that she was seeing eight arms… It's also possible that she had a psychotic break due to the stress and trauma that she experienced…
The bailiff announced in the press conference that no violence/ force was used against the girl during the operation. They took the girl and her mother to some secret location, and now they are spreading lies through the media saying how happy Deimante is with her mother after she escaped such a “terrible environment” with her aunt and grandparents. However, some information was leaked by one doctor that Deimante was brought to an emergency room on Friday, but he did not know why, since all the personnel had to leave the hospital when she was brought with her mother and masked guards… So, I'm very concerned about that… There is also a big concern that Deimante is being administered huge amounts of psychotropic medication to keep her calm and quiet... It is possible that now they’ll be intimidating her and forcing to testify that she never experienced pedophilia, but the people are being intimidated by the governmental officials and police...

Videos:

L. Stankunaite, the girl's biological mother, is one happy mother and talks non stop just after the girl is removed from the house and driving in a van to a concealed place… The girl looks sedated and the only thing she says is, “It looks like there are 8 hands…” And the mother keeps talking as if the girl made a comment about the time or weather by responding, “This is because it’s dark and raining...”

Different, Different, but Same: Putin'esque regime in Lithuania

Why Russians see themselves in this child abuse case? Because in Lithuania, and in Russia, to challenge the powerful is a suicide.

Obviously Russians see in this case something painfully familiar: Dont try to get justice through the courts, because YOU may end up in jail. Dont try to fight the powerful, because YOU will be the next dead body in the  ditch.

Lithuanians, GO TO THE STREETS!

This video shows how policemen carry away naked and barefoot and with her bare legs stretched apart and the blouse lifted - the girl's grandmother. The old and frail woman had not done anything to provoke this. She was sitting in her own home. She has heart problems and diabetes and they took her away without any insulin with her.

This is how Lithuanian police treats vulnerable people - carry, drag around, humiliate and degrade. To some it could bring back bad memories, when the police went into a home in the middle of the night, dragged and arrested the 'enemies of the people' right there in the pyjamas - to send them to the labour camps in Siberia.

The grandparents have been sitting peacefully in their own home, when the police broke in and stormed the house to drag them away. What was their crime? They wanted to save their raped granddaughter from being taken away by force, and against her will - by the same policemen.

For the Lithuanian government peaceful protesters are 'madding mob', 'worthless animals' that have to be dragged, humiliated and removed.

It is not Siberia this time, but the government and their dogs' disrespect for human life is just the same.

Lithuanians, if you cant be safe in your own home, go to the streets!

Deaths/Victims in this Case

The deaths/victims in the pedophilia case:

Furmanavicius (one of the paedophiles reported by Deimante)

V. Naruseviciene (L. Stankunaite’s sister who according to Deimante was also selling her daughter to paedophiles) and her daughter Orinta (has disappeared since more than 6 months).

D. Kedys (Deimante’s father)

A. Usas (one of the paedophiles reported by Deimante)

Furmanavicius’ neighbour who reported seeing that Furmanavicius was shot by a short dark man with Asian complexion.  This Furmanavicius’ neighbour died of heart attack.

The owner of the car stickers printing company, who confirmed that it was not Drasius Kedys who ordered and paid for the stickers that were on the van which has been seen when the murdering of Naruseviciene  and Furmanavicius took place.

The fisherman, who went to the police station at 6 am to report that he had seen  3 men dumping Drasius Kedys body by the river bank. This witness is now in mental institution.

The farmer who saw A. Usas in the village just before his death. This farmer had got depression and killed himself.

Security officer who worked in a car park and recognized Aidas (the 3rd alleged paedophile that Deimante was talking about) by his photo-fit. He also had seen  Aidas car and knew other important details, but this witness is no longer alive.

Moreover, the bunker where Drasius Kedys was allegedly secretly kept ant tortured was recently destroyed. The counsellor who worked at the school and said previously that Naruseviciute (Deimante’s cousin) complained about the sexual abuse, has suddenly announced that she would speak only with prosecutors about this.

Naruseviciene’s neighbours who reported seeing how Drasius Kedys was arrested and kidnapped by several men who made a phone call to him asking him to come before, were told to stop talking if they don’t want to get into trouble. The Justice Minister  admitted meeting with Usas just hours before his death in a remote village. BOTH ABUSED GIRLS ARE NOW HIDDEN. THE MAIN WITNESS AND SUSPECT L. STANKUNAITE IS HIDDEN AS WELL.

My source has requested to remain anonymous.

There must be more abused children: in the orphanage, where Usas had his office and in dysfunctional families around the country. There must be more witnesses who could talk if they feel protected.

Protest Unicef London on May 26 2012

Protest against Lithuanian government cover up of pedophiles (London, Unicef building)

Sunday, May 27, 2012

Support FOR Pedophiles?!

See this long-haired guy? He's demonstrating in support of Deimante's mother. You wonder who he is? He's a pedophile himself having raped a 13 year old girl and sent her threatening letters from prison. His name is Darius Vinciunas, and he is a pedophile. He demonstrates in defence of pedophiles.

In our countries to support a crime is seen as a crime in itself and these 'protesters' will be arrested and prosecuted. Not in Lithuania. There, the government wants to prosecute people protesting the use of state violence against an 8 year old girl.

The Lithuanian government sees the people fighting for justice and freedom as enemies of the state and criminals, while the real criminals are free to brutalise the innocent.
Does that remind you of a certain totalitarian regime that enslaved half of Europe in the past?

What kind of government is that? We ask.

Interview Neringa Venckiene: I go into politics

Neringa Venckiene: The Fight for the Girl is not Over yet

  1. (Translation from Lithuanian;  posted in “Respublika” by Sidas Aksomaitis on 26 May 2012)
  2.
  3. This week’s “Respublika” person of the week – Kaunas District Civil Court judge Neringa Venckiene, who after several years of fighting for his brother’s Drasius Kedys daughter has lost the girl and is feeling severe pressure from politicians and juridical system officers, but who still believes, that her fight is not over yet.
  4.
  5.
  6. Journalist: Do you feel defeated after the fight with the system that has taken away the girl and now has intentions to put you behind bars?
  7.
  8. Neringa Venckiene: If we look at it as a whole, then it is all so horrible and disgusting, but I have put up with and suffered so much in these last four years, that it does not even bother me too much that they have plans to take away my  immunity. I am much more scared for the girl, because they took her away as a thing, only that “thing” was shouting and screaming… I cannot find proper words to describe how the child rights representatives were behaving in and after this situation.
  9.
  10. After the abduction of the girl, I was writing every single day to the Kaunas District and Kaunas City child rights specialists, asking to bind Laima Stankunaite to allow me to see my niece. From Kaunas District child rights I found out that my requests have been sent to Kaunas City child rights protection department, and from this department’s head Bitute Daugeliene I got an answer, that my requests “will be decided upon according to the existing laws and regulations”. This is how the child rights work here…
  11.
  12. Only because of such bureaucrats I will fight that each and every one of them would be punished. The girl lived in my home for the last four years, was healed from the perverts’ abuse with all my effort, and now they even do not allow me to see her!
  13.
  14.
  15. Journalist: Why prosecutors are so eagerly attacking you, while they take upon the ones who wasted millions through their criminal activities only after long convincing?
  16.
  17. Neringa Venckiene: They are afraid of me – even in the Parliament everyone is terrified from the thought that I might go into politics. I can tell you, that I do not need their politics, but I will never back down.  And while not giving up I have no other choice – only to become a politician. I need this in order that the politicians of today, who are trying their best to put me behind bars, would be held responsible for their own violations and criminal acts. For this very reason – I have no other choice. And they are very well aware of this, they expect me to enter politics and that is why they are trying to eliminate me in all possible ways.
  18.
  19. It is hard to say what kind of influence politicians have on the prosecutors, but the prosecutor general, Darius Valys, showed not his best side in his appeal to the parliament.
  20.
  21. I definitely had a better opinion about D. Valys – I thought that an officer from a province will not be corrupt and will be trying to make changes in the system, but now it is clear, that he is singing to the same tune of Kestutis Betingis and Algimantas Kliunka , and others sympathizing with them.
  22.
  23.
  24. Journalist: Is it possible to reach that the system would investigate the crime instead of dragging the person who reported the crime from court room to court room?
  25.
  26. Neringa Venckiene: After what has happened to our family, I would never do as we did. I have learned my lesson. Now they blame me that I have said that there is no justice and this country is not a juridical country…Until this tragedy came upon our family, I was completely convinced that there is justice in this country. For this very reason, I helped my brother to fight according to the laws. But now, I would never ever ask for help from such system – I do not need any help neither from the prosecutors’ office, nor courts. I used all possible juridical means to protect the girl, but still could not reach that the guilty ones would be punished and the murderer of my brother Drasius would be indentified. Now the only way to attain this is to go into parliament. If ones dare to kill, others dare to drag the girl by force while breaking my arms, it means they can do anything.
  27.
  28.
  29. Journalist: What do you think an ordinary person should do to receive justice?
  30.
  31. Neringa Venckiene: We need to unite and swipe out the Parliament and the juridical system, and start all over again from the scratch, because it is impossible to live anymore with what we have now. There are no words to describe the level of corruption in Lithuania today. There are only few just and decent people in today’s ruling power and juridical system, but the remaining mass is horrifying. Those corrupt should not even dream that people do not know about their criminal acts – Lithuania is small, here everyone knows who takes bribes, and who doesn’t. Everyone knows the names of the officers that can be bribed and even the sums of money they ask.
  32.
  33.
  34. Journalist: So what is the reason that everything stays as it is except for a few sacrifices and the judges still claim they are impeccable even though people know who is corrupted?
  35.
  36. Neringa Venckiene: This is the practice of the head of the Lithuanian Highest Court (LAT) Gintaras Kryzevicius, when those who sympathize with him get one kind of treatment, and those who have opposing views are treated differently. I am from the latter ones, that’s why I am getting disciplinary warnings one after another. After more than ten years of practice as a judge, I have not received even one complaint or warning for not performing my duties properly. I am getting so many of them only now, when I am doing all I can to protect my niece from the perverts. Even the opinion of the committee of judges matches that of Laima Stankunaite. What I think is that we now have Lithuania of many Stankunaite – in parliament, in courts and in prosecutors’ office.
  37.
  38.
  39. Journalist: You say that people should unite and fight the system, but as you remember the protest in front of the parliament that was organized by Romualdas Ozolas and Bronislovas Genzelis, the signatories of the Independence Restitution Act, has showed that  initiatives like that can lead to endless days in court rooms.
  40.
  41. Neringa Venckiene: This is utterly shocking. So why don’t they give permits to allow protests and gatherings? Why the politicians that have been elected by people do not want to hear those very people? They need to allow express the opinion publicly, since in no other democratic country no one opposes the protests. I think the main reason is that the ones in ruling power are afraid of honest people who could replace all the corrupt ones. Let’s put together all the judges, politicians, police heads – and you will see that their number is nothing compared to the number of ordinary people. If all those people would unite and rise up to the fight against the corrupt system – what we see happening today would come to an end very quickly. That is why they are doing all they can so that the society remains divided.
  42.
  43. Two disciplinary cases, which were raised against Neringa Venckiene by the Judges’ Ethics and Disciplinary Committee, have been analyzed by Judges’ Honor Court yesterday and united into one disciplinary case.
  44. The Judges’ Honor Court will announce on 22nd June if they will propose to the president Dalia Grybauskaite to terminate Neringa Venckiene.
  45. One of the cases that had been raised against Neringa Venckiene was for the incident that happened on 9th January in Garliava Family Clinic, where Neringa Venckiene was trying with no success to get a health check-up certificate for the homeschooling program for her niece. As Neringa Venckiene claims, the GP had registered her niece with the doctors’ committee for consultation, but the doctors would not even agree to see the girl.
  46. Another case was raised after the Bailiffs’ Presidium has reported that the judge (Neringa Venckiene) was asking for the bailiff Sonata Vaicekauskiene, who was hiding the details of the second attempt to take away the girl, to be filmed day and night.

Kedys Case Keeps Escalating

May 31, 2010
By Edvardas Dakas

The phenomenon of protesters gathering in Garliava, Kaunas district near Venckai house has received a lot of media and public attention. This spontaneous gathering of people from across Lithuania has received a lot of praise and criticism as well as raised questions in various society circles about the meaning and the purpose of such occurrence.

The outrage and anger of protestors has been caused after 14th of May, when Kedainiu district court ruled out to give the full custody of Kedys’s daughter to allegedly abusive mother L. Stankunaite. The judge B.Versackis commented that the ruling had to be executed immediately, on the same day.

In the video filmed by Mr Kedys,  Deimantele confirmed that the mother had taken part and given consent to the sexual abuse sessions that took place  in  the hotel rooms as well as L. Stankunaite’s flat. Later, when Judge B. Versackis was asked to comment on the urgency of his decision, he stated that he didn’t have enough evidence on Ms Stankunaite’s involvement in the case.
Although this court ruling has been postponed by the Panevezys  district court on the 20th of May, people have been left confused by the logic of the previous ruling and continue to protest in Garliava and around the world.

Interesting Facts about Kedys Case
The prosecution office states that Kedainiai district and not Kaunas district judge was chosen for this case in order to avoid bias decisions; however they could not explain the fact that Judge B. Versackis used to be a lawyer in Kaunas and was previously involved in some cases with N. Venckiene -girl’s aunt, who is a judge herself.

Judge B. Versackis could not explain why he did not take notice of the fact that in the official prosecutor’s files, it is stated that the alleged abuse had taken place in Stankunaite’s flat, which can indicate mother’s involvement.

Ms Stankunaite has not been made a formal suspect in this case until present. Both Ms Stankunaite and Mr Usas before Kedainiai court ruling and at present are constantly being guarded by the security, assigned by the government and have to keep changing flats. Judge B. Versackis could not explain how he sees fit for a traumatized little girl to live in these circumstances. Judge B. Versackis also could not comment why he took only 15 minutes to make his decision and did not take Child Protection officer’s report on mother’s suitability as a full custodian.

Both Mr Usas and Ms Stankunaite are being represented by the same lawyer N.Kraujutaitiene. This indicates a probable information exchange between the parties involved. So far, no one has expressed any conflict of interest objections or raised questions on this issue.

Last week the medical expert that was involved in examining Kedy’s body has been asked by the prosecution to act as a gynaecologist and examine little Deimantele. When the girl saw a grown older man asking her to undress and be examined, she started to scream and cry. The examination could not take place. No one from the prosecution raised any questions on the suitability of such person.

Deimantele has undergone 4 official psychological investigations. Although none of them has been made public yet, the word from the press as well as from independent psychologists indicate that the child has been sexually molested and is not inclined to vivid imagination and lies. The stories of the girl also indicate that the level of the abuse experienced from the main suspect businessman Mr Usas can be classified as rape, however the prosecution is refusing to change these charges.

The journalists have uncovered 4 official documents on Kedys’s post-mortem examination stating: freezing to death, heart disease, alcohol overdose and violent death. No one from the prosecution has commented on how the official version of choking on his stomach contents and not any other has been chosen. They have also not commented yet on N.Venckiene’s claims of seeing signs of violence on her brother’s body: bruises on his forehead, a blood trail on his face as well as a smashed cheekbone.

Kedys Acted Alone

On the 22nd of May, Lithuanian general prosecutor R. Petrauskas at the national press conference announced that after careful consideration and investigation, it is clear that for 2 murders of judge J. Furmanavicius and V.Naruseviciene is responsible D. Kedys. He acted alone and after committing these murders, he decided to hide in the surrounding forests of Kaunas, where he was found dead on the 18th of April, 2010 with the murder weapon beside him.

The prosecutor and his aid did not answer any questions and journalists were left wondering, how the prosecution could make these statements before the start of Mr Usas trial. The journalist also wondered why the main suspect A.Usas and the girls mother L. Stankunaite are still being provided with the full protection from the government if it was clear for the prosecution that Mr D. Kedys was the killer and is now deceased.
On the 27th of May, Mr Usas, the Special General Prosecutor for Corruption and Organised Crime A. Kliunka, Kedys’s aunt, some protestors from Garliava and various experts took part in a talk show ‘Valanda su Ruta’  http://vimeo.com/12090046. Mr Usas and the prosecutor sat together on one side and Kedys aunt with the experts on the other.

The day before the show the inside source from Garliava stated:
….’ the police is taking people from the crowd, one-by one, they bring them to the station and take statements and accuse people of breaching the law as well as state that it is not possible that we gathered here without being invited, bribed or without being influenced… Thursday was another day when the meeting with the mother had to take place. The police suggested that everyone, including us could follow the car, driven by the girl’s grandfather to the meeting place. As the convoy had started to move, the police cars blocked the road and the grandfather’s car got separated from us… We had to find other ways of getting to the meeting place. After we got there, the girl was already inside. We got upset, but the girl emerged later looking confused. She later said that she was OK…’.

Since then the government has announced about the plans for protection by the state security officers for the girl and Venckai house and the society still remains divided over this case. The protestors in Garliava keep promising to fight until the end.

Systematic Removal of Witnesses: A List

This is a translation of a commentary, whose author stated that it is constantly being removed from the Lithuanian Internet sites (Caution: We do not know the author and have thus been unable to verify this.)

“Someone raised a question: why the Oncologist previously did not complained to police, as she saw Andrius Ūsas undressing his genitals in the examining room in front of a little girl Orinta, who’s not related to him.

The answer is: because ALL witnesses who have already testified in this case, are going DOWN one by one!

Let us remember:

1. A neighbor, who saw as pedophile judge Furmanavičius was shot by short, Asian looking man with dark features - died of a sudden heart attack.

2. Sticker printing company owner who confirmed that another person, not Drąsius Kedys, ordered and received car stickers that were on the murder suspect’s car - this man disappeared.

3. A fisherman (even though he was an illegal profiteer) came to police at 6 a.m. and stated that he saw as three men threw Kedys’ body out of the car – this person is now in the insane asylum, his testimony was changed into “I did not see anything”, although his family states, that he is psychologically normal.

4. Coincidentally the very same day another fisherman had found a body of dead Kedys and gave his testimony to police at 9 am. A man, who testified that Andrius Ūsas was speeding on four-wheeler motorcycle through the village and almost hit his carriage, out of the sudden got sick with depression and hung himself.

5. School psychologist, who stated that little girl Orinta Narusevičiūtė complained to her about the violence, refused to give any further statements and will talk only with lawyers.

6. The list goes on and on… Minister of Justice Šimašius, who was the last person seeing Andrius Ūsas alive, only after 3 days as Ūsas’ death was announced, mentioned that the accident place is near Furmanavičius (another pedophile) mother’s house and Andrius Ūsas had his office within a premises of children orphanage, where Labor Party meetings were held (Principal of orphanage confirmed this statement), that Andrius Ūsas, without having college degree, worked as an advisor on child protection issues.

7. Parking lot watcher/keeper, who identified the third pedophile – Aidas - by the computer composite image, he also stated what vehicle Aidas was driving and more details – now this witness is also not amongst living. Recent fact- an abandoned Soviet military bunker near Kaunas, where it was suspected that Kedys was held and tortured, without anyone knowing was demolished and leveled to the ground.”

Drasius tortured body: Does this look like an accident to you?

Use your own judgement: has this man died from drinking vodka and choking on his vomit, like the Lithuanian government wants you to believe?

Deimante's Diagnosis after 23. March: post-traumatic stress disorder

They caused Deimante post-traumatic stress disorder the first time they tried to kidnap her. How much do you think she suffers now? Probably not much, because she is drugged all the time. That was their plan: kidnap the girl, eliminate her as a witness, destroy aunt Neringa Venckiene, and convince the world that Neringa abused her. The girl was already in emergency from a drug overdose since they took her.

The government and the SS still thinks we live in socialism, when everyone believed that the media was always telling the truth. They think we are stupid and delusional and we cant think for ourselves.  For them, human life is worthless, as they have killed so many witnesses to cover up the horrible abuse of children in Lithuania.

Lithuanian SS and government, you are delusional if you think you can make us believe you and not our own judgement.

MEDICAL DOCUMENT EXTRACT

Institution where the extract is being sent:    Garliavos PSP Centre, Garliava Medical Centre (PSP –Primary Health Care)

1. Patient’s name and surname: D. K.

2. Date of Birth:

3. Home Address: Kauno region, Garliava  Kliono Street 7

4. Educational Institution: Garliavos Jonuciu High School

5. Diagnosis (main disease, related illness, complications)  F43.1 Post-traumatic stress disorder

During a visit to the home of the said patient the information collected was discussed and evaluated by the Public Institution Kaunas Centre Medical Clinic , Mental Health Centre - Child and Adolescent Mental Health specialist team together with Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, Medical Psychologist (specializing in children and adolescents), Mental Health Centre Director (Child and Adolescent psychiatrist, psychotherapist).  As justification for the diagnosis significant t consider ation is given to the history and clinical observation of the data:

The girl’s mental state has changed after the physical and emotional coercion experienced on the 23rd of May, when it was suddenly sought to remove the child, by force, from the home of her carer and grandparents, where the child had lived for the past few years.  The girl actively resisted, screamed.  Physical coercion was applied and also to persons important to the patient.

The symptoms became more pronounced several weeks after the traumatizing event and still continue one and a half months after the incident.

The patient has become more anxious, apprehensive, less active, avoids certain activities that she was very much interested in before the incident, for example riding her bicycle, rollerblade.  She is scared of sleeping alone.
We have observed acute reactions of fear when the girl freezes, tenses, begins to look around in fear when she suspects that strangers are approaching.

The mental trauma that she experienced is annoyingly repeated in terrible dreams where a security officer tries to take her away.

The girl avoids talking about the traumatizing situation; she prefers to put her thoughts down in writing.

The patient avoids situations related to this incident, avoids walking on her own in the backyard, to approach the security officers’ post (she walks around the yard with other people and plays “classes” with other children).

The above mentioned facts warrant the diagnosis: F 43.1 (post-traumatic stress disorder).

As the patient’s condition has stabilized, the girl feels reasonably comfortable in her usual environment, gets on well with her household members, has the conditions to study and for physical and artistic development, there are the conditions to interact with peers and does so willingly, and there are the conditions for outpatient treatment and observation, there are no indications for her to be treated as an inpatient.

Recommended measures for overcoming the trauma:
Strictly avoid situations that can cause trauma, significant changes to her environment and the people caring for her.  The use of physical-emotional coercion is absolutely not allowed.  .
To maintain optimal daily routine: sufficient physical activities, time outside, a good diet and sleep regime.
To continue her development and education based on her educational program and her own preferred activities, such as music activities and so on, in a safe environment.
To continue interacting with her peers and friends and to create conditions for further interaction.
Herbal (Valeradix 1 tablet 1-2 times a day) multivitamin treatment for 1 month.
Observation by Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist according to her home address.  If necessary repeat consultations by the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist team.

Lithuanian Cover up versus Franklin cover up

The Lithuanian Cover Up and the Franklin cover up.
Similarities:
- a powerful network of politicians, businessmen, police, government, even the White House are "partners in crime" to abuse children in a nation-wide pedophile ring the US.
What about Lithuania: who are these people, who think they can have pedophile orgies and get away with this? We will know very soon.
- orgies with orphans? Check
- A network of powerful abusers rich from contraband and fraud: Drugs, prostitution, human trafficking. About Lithuania: we will know soon.
- Murdered witnesses, put in mental institutions or jail, material evidence destroyed, investigation blocked (main investigator killed), trial never took place;
- A massive media campaign of disinformation and deception.

Differences: in the 80 there was no Internet, no Facebook and Twitter. Now, there is nowhere to hide, government of Lithuania. You will be exposed for the whole world to see.

How can Lithuania get away with this?

Police and Special forces against their own people! What kind of totalitarian regime is that? Lithuanians, you have nothing more to lose, you have lost your freedom. Get it back!

Vilnius today: We want our country back!

Neringa Venckiene: For President!

Neringa Venckiene stands for freedom, justice and courage! Dalia Grybauskaite, the former Communist Party member and current president stands for fear and corruption. Dalia Grybauskaite did not interfere to stop police and armed Special Forces from brutally taking the girl Deimante Kedyte from her safe home, where she wanted to stay "forever". Why? Because Dalia is afraid. She is afraid of the Secret Services and her own party. She is afraid to stand up against them and against corruption. Instead she let them destroy the life of this girl and her aunt.

Now, she is also afraid of the people's anger at the injustice and terror being done to this girl and her aunt.

Neringa Venckiene is the future, Dalia Grybauskaite is the Communist past. Which one do you choose?

Lithuania: Down with the government!

Girl: I do not want to go. [...] Shut up, you rot.
Bailiff: Please cooperate with  us to execute a legal court order: stand up and get the girl’s personal things ready ...
(Voices  in the background.)
Girl: No, no!
Venckienė: Well, [...], they are telling you to go to Laima. Do you want to go?
Girl: No, never!
Bailiff: I ask you, the guardian of the girl, help me to execute the legal court order.

Venckienė: You are not allowed to touch the child. Please say what do you want?

Girl: Yeah right, they went out…they were dragged out, weren’t they?

Rights of the Child Protection Service spokeswoman girl, I am telling  you that you are not guilty of what is going on at the moment.  Everything that is happening here was caused by adults, grown up people who could not agree to hold a conversation. Children also often argue and make up friends again, and now adults can not find a common language and that is what is ...

Girl: [...] Go away!

Rights of the Child Protection Service spokeswoman girl it is not always as you want. And it is not always as I want it to be either. This is the reality, you know. We have come to help you, we do not want anything bad to you happening. [...] I worried a lot about you when I was standing there, [...] believe me, I wish the very best to you. I do not anything bad happening to you, and the fact that you are punching me is very normal…

Rights of the Child Protection Service Representative: I am sorry, you must stop yelling [...] You have already said what you wanted, it is our turn to talk [...] Now we are talking. [...] Today is the day when you must leave this house. [...] Listen to me and do not interrupt me. There will be a day when you will be able to meet Neringa, the grandmother, the grandpa.

Girl: I want to live with them!

Rights of the Child Protection Service spokeswoman girl: Okay. When you grow up, you can come and live with them ...

Girl: This is what I want now!

Rights of the Child Protection Service spokeswoman girl: you are not allowed to do it now.

Girl: I can do whatever I want!

Rights of the Child Protection Service spokeswoman girl: There is only one choice - either you go out now, or  in one minute. There are no other options [...]. We understand you. We know that it might be difficult to you. We also find it difficult  and it is completely understandable. You can scream and cry and shout. This is completely normal. We understand it, you just have to decide today - whether you go now, or after one minute. It is very simple.

Girl: No, no, I will never go..

Rights of the Child Protection Service spokeswoman girl Come on, give me a hand. We will go to the door only…

Girl: No, I will not give, I will not give. I want to live in Neringa.

Rights of the Child Protection Service spokeswoman girl Give me a hand.

Girl: No, I will not give.

Rights of the Child Protection Service spokeswoman girl you will be able to meet Neringa and see each other, but today ...

Girl: I will not give you my hand, I am telling you I do not want [...] I do not want to live in Laima. Yes, I want to live with Neringa.

Rights of the Child Protection Service Spokesman: Bailiff, please can you introduce who this person is…
Bailiff: This is a psychologist. [...] Mrs. Venckiene, if you interfere with [...] I will ask the police officers ...

Venckienė: I want to know the name of this person…

Anstolė: That won’t give you anything – neither the name nor the surname. Please, if you're bothering ...

Venckienė: But you are a total stranger to us. [...] Tell me the first and the  last name.

Bailiff: Do not tell her the name, if necessary, I will send it to you. [...] You are bothering us. Do you understand that you are influencing the girl?

Venckienė: Why, because I asked for the name?

Bailiff: Because you are interfering. If you want to stay in this room with the child, please stop interfering.

(Girl’s voice in the background.)

Venckienė: So I do not have a right to know who this person is?

Bailiff: I have just told you that these people who came are the child's rights specialists and a psychologist.  Venckiene, please. I am now talking with police officers to remove ...

(In the background a woman asks the girl if she wants to say goodbye to Mrs Venckiene).

Girl: No, I am not going anywhere. [...] No, I am  not giving my hand to you...you are a total stranger to me…

Female voice: Well, how can you say so? How many times we have met before ...

Girl: I do not care, I do not know you

Female voice: You have been seeing me for about two years now.

Girl: Leave me alone!

Female Voice: Give me your hand

Girl: No, go away from me!

Female voice: That is not your fault.

Girl: Leave me alone!

Venckienė: I'm helping the girl. [...] I am not going to force her if she does not want to go..

Bailiff: It was your responsibility to get the girl ready

(The noise.)

Venckienė: Stop pulling her! Nobody can pull the girl! Nobody has a right to pull the girl!

Female voice: Bailiff, please remove ...

(Girl’s voice in the background.)

Venckienė: You do not try to remove [...] you will get into trouble. Police officers, look, she is no pulling the child of me, she drags her by her hand!

Police Officer: Venckiene, please stop interfering with the procedure. [...] Your actions interfere with the execution of the court order…

Venckienė: But wait [...] she is dragging the child! It is not allowed to use force against the child!

The female voice to the girl, Ii am going to stand a little further and you ... I am stepping back, nobody is…
(Girl’s  voice in the background.)

The female voice to the girl: This is the day when you can not choose. The only choice you have got is whether  to go now or in a minute. There are no other options. There will be a day when you can choose what and how to do. Today is the day when the bailiff came and you have to stand up and. [...] Give me your hand.

Girl: I am not giving you my hand! I do not know you!

Female Voice: Well, we can get to know each other. OK? [...] We have seen each other more than once.

Girl: I do not want to make friends with you

Female voice: We are not making friends, I only will help you  to...

(Venckienė’s  voice in the background.)

Venckienė: What is she doing? She is touching the child, even though she is not allowed to do so. [...] Stop, she approached her and is now touching the child!

(In the background a female voice asks the police to "remove obstacles".)

Venckienė: I am not interfering!

(The sound of doors being opened, and a crowd of people chanting "Shame", screaming, the girl’s cry.)

Venckienė: What are doing in the presence of the child?!

(Screaming, the girl is screaming,  police officers are asking to stop illegal actions, warnings that in case of refusal to comply with officers’ orders rubber bullets and other measures will be used.)

Who is Afraid of Neringa Venckiene?

by Anonymous

Lithuania used to be a country of knights. It used to be strong, independent, rich and proud. Also, it used to be Soviet Union province, exploited and terrorised. Now it is shaken by the biggest paedophile scandal and the most brutal cover up operation Europe has ever seen. An operation, which has already taken the lives of 9 people, and destroyed many more. But this is only the beginning. The scandal is so huge, and the assault on ordinary citizens so massive that European media refuse to report it for fear to inflict an even greater damage – on themselves and to the tiny country. For fear, what a thorough investigation might reveal.

This article is an attempt to explain how one woman – Neringa Venckiene – and a little girl, her niece became an enemy of the state of Lithuania. And to look at how the resources of that state, of all its institutions, are deployed towards one goal – to destroy her.

I do not know Neringa Venckiene, and I do not live in Lithuania. I have researched this case independently, not in association with any media or institution. I tried several times to put this case away, to continue going about my daily business and forget about it. But I found it impossible to put away. I found the injustice done to Deimante Kedyte, her aunt Neringa Venckiene and her family impossible to bear. My motive to spend time on writing this article is that I - after having examined the facts and studied the case for some months and through various sources – as a human being and as a European find this injustice impossible to bear:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_N4yURmXyU4. I do not speak Lithuanian, but the images can make anyone cry with anger: How can this happen in Europe today? Is this how we want a European country to treat European citizens, especially vulnerable children and old people?

How can Lithuania get away with this?

How can ordinary people become a target of such an unprecedented and massive government attack? Attack by police and Special Forces? How can an ordinary woman, a judge, a mother, and a good citizen, respected by the community, her neighbours, a woman who has done nothing wrong or illegal, but to protect the a child that clings on her neck and asks for protection, the child of her murdered brother – how can this woman do something wrong? This child has endured constant attacks from state institutions, including her being kidnapped on the way from kindergarten and drugging her at a mental institution for a week. Why has Neringa Venckiene, and not the people who caused this girl so much trauma, why has she become a target of an unprecedented campaign of terror and hatred through media, courts, police and politicians? A campaign so overwhelming that it is grotesque, a campaign, which is becoming the biggest scandal in Europe today?
A summary of events: a little girl by the name of Deimante Kedyte was prostituted by her own mother to paedophiles between the age of 3 to 5, while she was in her custody. The mother Laima Stankunaite made thousands of Euro per month selling her own daughter to high ranking Lithuanian politicians, judges, and businessmen. She lived on the money her daughter generated and until present this has been her main source of income, after the daughter was forcefully restored to her on the 17th of May 2012. Police and Special Forces stormed the house where the girl lived safely with the family of her aunt Neringa Venckiene, brutalised her and her aunt, then the mother Laima Stankunaite and her lawyer took the girl away by force while she screamed and fought for her life (evidence see here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_N4yURmXyU4
This story began four years ago when the little girl told her father, Drasuis Kedys, about the abuse, and he fought to protect her. He tried to initiate an investigation of the paedophiles his daughter said abused her in her mother’s flat, at hotels and motels, and forced her to perform sexual intercourse “everywhere” since the age of 3. But even though the evidence was overwhelming, and while the girl was subjected to several psychological and medical tests, which all confirmed she was telling the truth, none of the suspects she mentioned were ever investigated. On the contrary, her father and three witnesses were murdered, and the girl passed into her aunt’s custody. In January 2012, the court decided to give the girl back to her mother, who has no stable place of residence, no education, and no job. She lives under the constant protection of two masked bodyguards and the source of her income has been unclear for years. It is unclear too how she can afford to pay the most expensive lawyer in the country costing Euro 700 per hour.

During the custody battle, the girl wrote to the court and stated that she does not want to live with the mother, that she wants to stay with her aunt Neringa ‘forever’, because “she is good to me”. Yet the court completely dismissed the girl’s will and after one unsuccessful attempt to enforce the police order and remove her from her home on the 23. March 2012 (what happened, see here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ptGVTGTbCdA) police and Special Forces stormed her home and violently tore her away from her guardian’s arms on May 17th

Her mother, Laima Stankunaite, wearing a bullet proof vest, and the mother’s lawyer carried, stone-faced, the screaming and terrified girl away into the waiting van (see here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-zE_a3fvfVI), while Special Forces and police beat and carried away protesters. 39 people who protested the girl’s kidnapping by force and her horrifying and inhumane treatment, were detained. People, who went to protest in front of the Presidential palace against the brutal treatment of the girl, will soon face prosecution too. At the moment, the parliament is working on removing the aunt Neringa Venckiene’s immunity as a judge, so that she too can be prosecuted and destroyed - professionally, personally, and economically.

She has become an enemy of the state, attacked with its full force. But why? Who is afraid of her? If you watch the video again: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_N4yURmXyU4, the agression comes from one side only: police, bailiff, mother and her lawyer trying to tear the girl away from the neck of her aunt. Neringa Venckiene tries to defend the girl, who screams that it does not want to go to “live with Laima”, and asks them to ‘leave my home’.

How could this custody case escalate to a state scandal and make an ordinary woman an enemy of the state?
There are many reasons why high officials want her removed, but the main are two: she is pushing for investigation of the pedophile case, in which case the evidence has been systematically destroyed (murders of witnesses, destruction of material, massive media campaign for deception and disinformation of the public, and threats of legal destruction of anyone who dares speak about it publicly) and second, the political dangers that this new movement against corruption presents for those who hold power in Lithuania today, for the threat it poses to the government, to the governing parties, their people in the state institutions (courts, police etc), and their business friends.
In this article I want to focus on the second reason: the political significance of Neringa Venckiene and her struggle for justice.

Whether she has political ambitions or no, is irrelevant, the important here is that Lithuanian people have risen to protest against corruption that threatens to consume the most important – their children. There is a strong sentiment in society that enough is enough, that now corruption must be stopped. This makes it possible for a new political party to swipe into power. This momentum must be used and any attempts by the government to stop and block that political movement must be made public. It will be a monumental battle, to judge by the government's reactions. Publicity and access to the international community is the only way to succeed in this battle. Contacts with European parties and appearances in international media can provide insurance against government harassment.

The only way for this movement to succeed is to become internationally known through media and international political contacts. As long as this movement is closed and local, known only within Lithuania, it will be easy to suppress and its members harassed and removed. The language barrier and the closeness of the political system will make it easy for those who hold the power now to suppress it, and they will use every means to do so.

So why is Neringa Venckiene a state enemy? Why is this brave woman terrorized and attacked by the media, courts and politicians?
Because she sets an example of civil courage and bravery that can spark Lithuanians to seek to change the political system by removing those in power. People can be inspired to believe that they can resist the state – and win. From the president down to the last bureaucrat, the current power elite is afraid of that. The President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaite and the government are afraid that Lithuanians may begin to believe they can win, they can be free. And this is why Neringa Venckiene, just like the little girl Deimante Kedyte – has to be destroyed with force so great as to scare everyone in Lithuania, everyone who even thinks to oppose the government and the corrupted judiciary.

Lithuania is still in many levels totalitarian state. The media is controlled, and so are the courts, so are the police, special forces, and politicians have become ‘partners in crime’: abusing together and covering each other. And those, who try to oppose are immediately destroyed, often by using a favorite method from the KGB – punitive psychiatry.
And if someone, hypothetically, a very powerful individual or a group of individuals can draw into the circle of pedophiles, high-ranking officials in each of the state institutions, politicians in the government, business and the media, he practically owns the state.
Evidence is systematically destroyed, and witnesses who try to speak up – removed. But soon, the scandal will be too big for Lithuania to contain, soon the eyes of the world will turn to it, and then there will be nowhere to hide.

To use the momentum, the leaders of the new political movement in Lithuania must open it to the world, must use as much publicity as possible, because this is their insurance and defence against the perpetrators who rule the Lithuanian people today.

The raped girl has become a symbol of Lithuania. We can see her vulnerable body torn away from the place she wants to be, her future taken away from her as she is carried screaming out into the waiting van. We can see her mother and her lawyer holding opposite legs, her head is unsupported and so she has to clutch her ‘mother’ as she screams in horror. We can see that her mother and her lawyer have practiced the technique for carrying her away by force. And we can also see the police arresting vulnerable people, beating them and carrying them away, barefoot.

But if they fight, they will win, because they are dealing with a desperate enemy who knows their time has come, who knows that this battle will decide the future of Lithuania. The government of Lithuania is desperate – this is why they deploy excessive force. They know that if this movement gathers force, they will loose the coming elections. And they made a huge mistake, and will make more mistakes trying to openly brutalise protesters.
The eyes of the world are on them, and it is just a matter of time before the perpetrators are exposed in all main media around the world.

Will Lithuanians fight, will they get that girl back? If they cannot win this battle, when there is nothing left to loose, then there is no hope left for the country, no hope at all.
So, who is so afraid of Neringa Venckiene?
