Lithuanian government abuses innocent people. This government and all who hold power in Lithuania today must go! They cannot stay in power after this!

The Lithuanian people must take the power away from them!

Neringa Venckiene
Kaunas District Court Judge

TO THE HONORABLE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA
Her Excellency Dalia Grybauskaite
S. Daukantas Sq. 3, LT-01122, Vilnius

Request to terminate from the judge’s position at Kaunas District Court

27 June 2012

At the moment Lithuania is going through a deep crisis, which is not only economical, but moral crisis too. The pedophilia case that shocked our society has uncovered the incomprehensibly deep problems in our political and judicial systems.  Many of us knew that such problems existed, but that they are so deep, we could not even imagine.

It’s quite obvious, that the essential reasons for the destruction of our life in this country lie in the incapable judicial system which is not there to protect a human being. This is a fact that the majority of Lithuanians see and that is also noted by foreign officials. During more than 20 years of country’s independence from the Soviet Union, the judicial system, instead of going in the direction of Western standards, has chosen the most dangerous way – corrupted deals, unclear relationships that very often enable to manipulate the existing laws, and on many occasions – ties with the criminal world, which in turn is fundamentally compromising  the principal constitutional and judicial rights to serve for the truth, establish justice, defend human rights and freedoms. The current situation is extremely dangerous for Lithuania, because it looks like the justice is of little importance and is not sought as fundamental category, but the law itself is brought above all, above the human being and the justice, and then that set of laws becomes an object of manipulations which leads to incomprehensible decisions that serves various clans. The Lithuanian courts and prosecutors’ office always stress their impeccable rightfulness though without any proofs to support that, and the society clearly sees how the processes are endlessly delayed, the cases are not investigated and even the court decisions are very questionable. The courts and the prosecutors’ office have become completely closed structures that are clearly not acting according the Constitution and laws, but they have created their own system for them. These institutions have completely closed themselves from constructive criticism and are consciously preventing the bettering of their performance, while protecting and hiding from public huge mistakes and often even the criminal actions of their employees. All this is a compromising the authority of the Lithuanian judicial system in the eyes of Lithuania and the world severely, which in turn causes distrust in this system and even in the country itself, because a healthy judicial system is the guarantee of a normal and harmonious life.

When we do not have honest and clean judicial system, we do not have a well-functioning country. Then the kids that were raped by pedophiles are returned to the rapists, the murderers are spending only two years in jail for stabbing someone, and the “politicians” that have sold out or stolen the wealth of our country are sitting in their chairs and smiling, because they are sure that tomorrow will be as rich and as luxurious as today. This present situation is a horrible deformation of our life, an absolute mockery from all the past sacrifices that have been required during our quest for freedom – and it is completely unacceptable not only for me, but also for a big part of Lithuanians.

I, Neringa Venckiene, have worked as a judge for more than ten years. During that period I have worked on a couple of thousands of cases, and, following the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania, I have taken very important judicial decisions that concern the people of Lithuania. Because I have made an oath to be faithful to our country - I have carried out my duties honorably and I sought justice according the Constitution and the laws, defended human rights, freedoms and legitimate interests, I was always objective, honest, humane, and I have never taken bribes and did not participate in any unclear deals. I want to stress this firmly again, because as a judge and as a human I have my clear understanding of justice – I stick strictly to the notions of the Lithuanian Constitution, I serve for the justice, truth, people and our homeland. However, in my attempt to save my brother’s daughter who was raped by pedophiles, I have been constantly pushed into a corner by the very same system I work for and instead of help I received a massive oppression from the forces that should pay its duty to the truth, justice, our people and Lithuania. My colleagues in the judicial system, who also have given oath to serve the country, did not concern themselves with uncovering the most disgusting pedophilia case in Lithuania, which is what their duty is, not even mentioning the personal humane interest to save the suffering kids and help them, but they concentrated on creating various difficulties and barriers for me – I have been constantly checked at work, some of my colleagues have refused to work on me in some cases, the pedophilia case related court hearings have been spread out all over the country. Who will count how many hours I have spent driving from one city to another: one day going to Vilnius, the next one to Panevezys, Siauliai or Klaipeda? I am sure that it has been done intentionally, so that I could be destroyed physically and emotionally. And let’s not forget all supposedly legal, but completely insane decisions that are destroying the future of my brother’s little girl that have been taken consciously trying to divert attention from how problematic this story is and attempting to cover up its brutality and sharpness, while in the meantime trying to destroy me, to push me into despair and give up seeking justice in the name of this little girl. Is it not the fault of this system that my life in these last four years turned into God knows what? If not the early system’s errors, maybe even my brother would be alive today, instead of lying under ground after he “chocked on the contents of his stomach”. The conscious attempt to cover up and not to investigate, the attempt to push it to the past, make the society forget and even manipulate the information and present it as the “truth”, while leaving the real murderers freely walking amongst us – is an unforgivable crime. And it’s the crime of no other than the Lithuanian judicial system that shows an open disregard for the truth, and gives instead an open or hidden, but nevertheless – lie. I wonder – what for?

Most scary is the fact, that this conscious deformation of the truth is becoming acceptable on a big scale. It is obvious to the normal people, but until now it is “not obvious” to the highest Lithuanian judicial institutions – The Judges’ Council, The Honor of Judges’ Court, Lithuanian Highest Court. Neither the Prosecutor General, nor the Head of the Highesrt Court G. Kryzevicius, nor the Minister of Justice could see and hear the little child who shouted seven times “I will not go”, on whose head a blanket was thrown, who was taken away by force while screaming at the top of her lungs and was placed in a minivan full of masked men where she saw “eight hands”. They cannot see the force used against a judge, as well as the brutal force used against the peaceful people on a private property, moreover the torn apart symbol of our country – the Lithuanian flag. All they can see and hear are the “not nice” words of Venckiene, and when based only on those few words they could not remove me from judges, they started creating the supposed criminal acts I have done. Without a doubt, yet again, all this is compromising the system.

I have also received complaints from the parliament members that I was carrying out my own justice. However, all I can say is that in my life’s journey I always had the belief that what is according to the law cannot not be higher than justice, and that all judicial decisions should have a clear motivation and with their objectiveness should be completely understandable to people. This is how it is done in a civilized world, where any mistake is quickly corrected and it is apologized to the society for any doubts it might have caused. In a civilized world while deciding on the fate of somebody - a human being is held above everything else, and even more attention is given when it is a child. And there is no such law and no norm that can justify the use of force against the child; no law permits covering the child’s head with a blanket that most likely was sprayed with psychotropic drugs or taking a screaming child with twisted legs after 240 policemen kicked out of their away all the peaceful people. In all civilized world the child’s wish and decision are not ignored, which is clearly laid out in the Child Rights Protection Convention. Therefore, by not using any force against the girl, I did not do any crime, quite on the contrary – both as a human and as a judge I have protected the child’s right to a happy life. I was carrying the real justice that was not granted by the Lithuanian courts even though it was their duty. And I know very well, that those honest people in judicial system and in Lithuania in general understand me and my actions.

I have suffered immensely in this pursuit of the real justice. While being the judge of Kaunas District Court and having my immunity, I was forced to go through hell that has been consciously created by the Lithuanian judicial institutions – I was humiliated as a human and all my freedoms have been taken away when a brutal force was used against my brother’s daughter, who is also a victim in the pedophilia case, when she was torn away from my neck while throwing a red blanket on her head. Moreover, I also suffered abuse myself when the policemen were breaking my arms in their attempt to cause me unbearable pain and a traumatic shock.

I am convinced that in a normal, civilized world nobody behaves with judges like this. Nobody breaks their arms, nobody causes them a traumatic shock, nobody breaks their house windows, nobody cuts their doors and kicks around the things. They are not slandered in the most humiliating ways in media, they are not called “the political and judicial system’s fester” by the highest rank officials that are directly responsible for the justice, for the respect and security of a human in the country. This kind of judicial system that seeks not justice, but seeks destruction of the one who asks for it – this kind of system is dead by laws and moral values and even criminal, and we need to acknowledge it openly. I do not want to be part of this kind of system anymore. This is a system that consciously avoids Western standards where judges are respected and protected by their immunity for real. The heads of the Lithuanian justice system are consciously avoiding the system based on Western practices where a judge would be a guarantee not of a twisted lawfulness, but of justice and where he would be respected and trusted by the society for his honest work

I cannot be part of the system where the justice is declared in words, but not sought after and is not carried out; where corruption is one of the most important aspects and the top of the hierarchy is reached only with the help of unclean relationships and secret agreements, but not by one’s merit.

I cannot be a part of the system that does not pay its duty to the truth, the people and the home country.

The Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania has removed my immunity yesterday (26 June 2012). I, being a suspect, cannot be a judge anymore. Considering the circumstances and that I am honest in my work, I cannot continue working on cases.
By the Republic of Lithuania Courts’ Law No. 90 (Part 1, Point 1), I ask you to immediately terminate me from the employment of a judge at Kaunas District Court starting from the 2nd July 2012.

Respectfully,

Neringa Venckiene

Video analysis: the abduction of Deimante

How the girl was abused during abduction and in the car: she faints from the drugs (ab. 8:25), lawyer keeps his hand on her leg (12:25). And we keep asking ourselves whether G. Cerniauskas has another motive, much stronger than money - to cover up the abuse of Deimante and many other children in Lithuania.

And we wonder what a serious investigation might reveal. What we - who do not speak Lithuanian - can observe is that the boundary that naturally exists between a child and an adult, the natural instinct to nurture and protect in him is entirely missing: he can drug her, abuse her, film her and have fun with the girl and that seems natural to him. He acts as a psychopath, who does not understand what he is causing to his victim. He acts as a killer - he is killing this girl's soul in cold blood, enjoying himself.

We find this video extremely disturbing. It is contrary to anything we consider 'normal', but we do not expect "normal behaviour" from the "mother's team".

The sadness and tragedy of this video is overwhelming. It shows a broken innocent child, knowing that she is going to her own death, and her abusers joking and having fun with her, and the girl is trying to cheer up, to survive.

G. Cerniauskas has the nerve to take pictures of himself with his victim shortly after he has abducted her from her safe home, coming close to her, as if it is his own daughter. (He said that he practiced the abduction of Deimante on his own son together with Laima, so imagine what he can do to other people's children.)

And we ask: can a normal person even imagine behaving like this with a child? Or have we lost any sense of what is 'normal' when we look at these people?

We strongly suspect based on the evidence we have seen and his behaviour that he not only works for the pedophiles, but that he could be one himself. But against overwhelming evidence against Laima (what could she tell if she is interrogated by a good lawyer?) all institutions of Lithuania have blocked an investigation, conspiring instead to put an innocent person in jail (Neringa Venckiene).

And we suspect that by destroying so many innocent lives, he is saving his own.

We have experienced many (more or less corrupt) countries, but the level of perversion and corruption in Lithuania is in a class of its own: A regime that preys on children and covers up the abusers - we never thought that could be possible, not in Europe.

G. Cerniauskas: A Sociopath, Moderately Dangerous

We want to say what every normal person thinks: G. Cerniauskas, L. Stankunaite's lawyer has exhibited all behaviors of a dangerous sociopath. What he has done and said proves that he has a serious personality defect:

1. G. Cerniauskas has lied and continues to lie to the public (first he said the girl was "doing great", then that she will testify "when she gets better": better from what, if she is doing great, Mr. G. Cerniauskas? (and many more examples which we are too bored to list here. G. Cerniauskas has no problems lying to everyone about everything as long as it gets him results. This is why he is the prime lawyer for all powerful (we will not say criminals, but we are thinking it) in Lithuania.

2. He can hurt and exploit an innocent child, he can brutalise a little girl, tear her away from her safe home and use and abuse her as a "witness" to put an innocent person in jail.

3. Yes, in fact G. Cerniauskas has no problem putting innocent people in jail - this is what he is paid for in this huge cover up led by the Security Service of Lithuania.

4. He smiles when he talks about how he abused Deimante (he said that he practiced the technique for carrying her away by force the night before he and Laima S. abducted the girl with 240 police and special forces). He can abuse a girl, and then chat with her, touch her and film her in the car as if this is the most natural thing to do, minutes after he had torn her away from the arms of the person she loves most. Well, it is natural TO HIM.

5. G. Cerniauskas has no feelings for people, no compassion: he treats them as things, and this he has shown in the way he has treated the girl and her protector, Neringa Venckiene. He has no remorse, no doubts, no compassion, he smiles and lies and conspires to put an innocent person in jail.

6. G. Cerniauskas is moderately intelligent. He knows very well that Laima Stankunaite sold her daughter to pedophiles, he knows she is a child abuser, a pimp, he knows the dirty secrets of the pedophile clan, he knows a lot. (We even suspect he knows who ordered the murder of Drasius Kedys, and 8 other people, but we have no proof of this. All things that have happened until now point in the direction that he knows.) And he puts his intelligence in service of the corrupt and powerful against the weak and innocent. He cannot do it otherwise, it is what comes natural for him. He despises the weak and worships the powerful. And by defending the perpetrators against the victims and fighting to put an innocent person in jail, he has made himself one of them. And he knows it

Besides (its our personal opinion): he looks like a killer. Look at his face, look in his eyes: can you see anything human in them, any compassion, tenderness, any emotion at all? He has a killer mentality: he will destroy anyone who comes on his way, and that is open for everyone to see. A man without moral boundaries, a man who would do anything to win.

And why is he dangerous?
Well,
1. because of his intelligence (and his intelligence is limited, one-sided, myopic, he does not see the bigger picture, does not understand complex interrelations, projecting them into the future. He is not visionary, nor has any imagination. But then again, he is a lawyer)

2. because of his personality defect we described; He relies primarily on brute force and is prepared to destroy anyone, even an innocent girl.

Why "moderately"?
3. because he serves those in power. If they are gone, he will be in jail too. Without them, he is nothing. And he knows that. We do not know what other motives he might have to represent a pedophile and a child abuser, Laima Stankunaite. And we do not know who pays him, since she comes from a poor family, has no money and has never had an income and his services cost Euro 200 / hour. Given the effort he has spent on this case - and it seems that no effort is too much - where does the money come from?

He knows that his own future is at stake if the pedophilia case is investigated for real. He knows that if the events of May the 17th are investigated, he himself will end up in jail. And we wonder what other motives he has - apart from money - to bring this cover up to the end. Could a serious investigation reveal him as a pedophile too?

Because the whole operation was designed, trained and executed by the Special Forces. We have come to this conclusion based on our observation of his behavior and his ability to orchestrate the trial of Neringa Venckiene - also in the media. But what a serious investigation might reveal - perhaps he not only works for pedophiles, but is one himself and by abducting Deimante is saving his own skin.

Lithuanian Government Destroys Innocent Lives: Who is Afraid of Neringa Venckiene Part Two

How the Lithuanian Government and the Lithuanian Secret Service Destroy Innocent Lives
A response to Edvardas Čiuldė, lrytas.lt
(Note: We fight a much stronger enemy, an enemy who has the apparatus of a state, an enemy that is trained, organised, resourceful and motivated to destroy anyone, who fights for truth and justice – therefore we have the right to protect ourselves and be Anonymous)

The Battle to Save the Girl
Lithuania is shaken by the biggest paedophile scandal and the most brutal cover up operation Europe has ever seen, in which more than 9 people have already been murdered or disappeared and the lives of many more were destroyed. High-ranking politicians, judges, businessmen and police officials were (and still are) the abusers.
This article is an attempt to explain how one woman - Neringa Venckiene, and a little girl Deimante Kedyte, her niece and a victim of rape and abuse – became enemies of the state of Lithuania, and to look how the resources of that state, of all its institutions, are used for one goal – to destroy them.
I do not know Neringa Venckiene, and I do not live in Lithuania. I have researched this case independently, not in association with any media or institution. I tried several times to put this case away, to continue going about my daily business and forget about it. But I found it impossible to put away. I found the injustice done to Deimante Kedyte, her aunt Neringa Venckiene and her family impossible to bear. My motive to spend time on writing this article is that I - after having examined the facts and studied the case for some months and through various sources, including the girl’s testimony: http://youtu.be/m9AfOxLh7QY – as a human being and as a European find this injustice impossible to bear: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_N4yURmXyU4. I do not speak Lithuanian, but the images can make anyone cry with anger: How can this happen in Europe today? How can a European country humiliate and abuse people, European citizens, especially vulnerable children and old people?
Here is how police treated protesters in front of the girl’s house, who stood there peacefully: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_N4yURmXyU4
The girl was 3 years old, when powerful men (A. Usas, a businessman and a politician having his office in an orphanage; Jonas Furmanavičius, the judge of the Kaunas Regional Court, and Aidas Miezelis, a high ranking official at the Lithuanian Secret Service) began raping her in the apartment of her mother. There, her mother was selling her in the course of 2 years to them for 4,000 Euro per month. They raped the girl even on the day of her Christening.
Neringa Venckiene is the girl’s aunt, who tried to protect the girl from being returned to her abusers. After the girl’s father was kidnapped, kept in a bunker, tortured and murdered by the Secret Service of Lithuania (There is no other force in Lithuania both capable and motivated to do that and the bunker where Drasius Kedys was kept has been levelled to the ground in an attempt to destroy evidence), the aunt continued fighting to get justice. For this reason and because she is challenging the criminals in Lithuanian politics, Neringa Venckiene has been declared the enemy of the state of Lithuania. Her character is being assassinated in every media outlet in the country, and she has to endure many years of psychological terror.
Those, who hold the power in Lithuania today, the criminals, are afraid of her, because the injustice done to her has sparked a large social movement, which can become a political force and take the power away from them.

A Summary of Events
A little girl Deimante Kedyte was between the age of 3 to 5 prostituted by her own mother to paedophiles, while she was in her custody. The mother Laima Stankunaite made thousands of Euro per month selling her own daughter to Lithuanian politicians, judges, and businessmen. She lived on the money her daughter generated and until present this has been her main source of income. The girl (now aged 8) was forcefully restored to her on the 17th of May 2012.
The struggle for justice began four years ago when the girl told her father, Drasuis Kedys, about the abuse, and he believed that the courts could help him defend his daughter. But the paedophile clan had long subdued the courts, the Parliament and the government (see here: http://www.slideshare.net/ForTheLoveOfMila/courts-honor-translation). He tried to initiate an investigation of the paedophiles his daughter said abused her in her mother’s flat, at hotels and motels, and forced her to perform sexual intercourse “everywhere” since the age of 3. But even though the evidence was overwhelming, and while the girl was subjected to several psychological and medical tests, which all confirmed she was telling the truth, none of the suspects she mentioned were ever investigated. On the contrary, her father and three witnesses were murdered, and the girl passed into her aunt’s custody.
In January 2012, the court decided that the girl should live with her mother, who has no stable place of residence, no education, no job and who is a crime suspect. Thus, the victim was forced to live with the perpetrator, against her will. The mother – and now the girl too – lives under the constant protection of two masked bodyguards from the Secret Police. The source of the mother Laimute Stanuknaite’s income has been unclear for years as is unclear how she can afford the most expensive lawyer in the country, who costs 200 Euro per hour if she has never had a job.
During the custody battle, the girl wrote to the court and stated that she does not want to live with the mother, that she wants to stay with her aunt Neringa ‘forever’, because “she is good to me”. Yet the court completely dismissed the girl’s will and after one unsuccessful attempt to enforce the police order and remove her from her home on March 23, 2012 (what happened, see here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ptGVTGTbCdA). On May 17th police and Special Forces stormed of 240 stormed her home, Childs Rights representatives exerted psychological terror on her, drugged her (a blanked with a psychotropic agent was thrown over her head after which her muscles relaxed and she could be pulled away) and then the mother Laima Stankunaite and her lawyer pulled the girl violently from the neck of her aunt. The girl screamed and fought desperately for her life (evidence see here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_N4yURmXyU4). Her mother, Laima Stankunaite, wearing a bullet proof vest, and the mother’s lawyer carried, stone-faced, the screaming and terrified girl away into the waiting van (see here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-zE_a3fvfVI), while Special Forces and police beat and carried away protesters. 39 people who protested the girl’s kidnapping by force and her horrifying and inhumane treatment, were detained. People, who went to protest in front of the Presidential palace against the brutal treatment of the girl, will soon face prosecution too.

How the Lithuanian Government Rapes the Girl

The girl is constantly attacked by state institutions, including her being kidnapped on the way from kindergarten and drugging her at a mental institution for a week. Why has Neringa Venckiene, and not the people who caused this girl so much trauma, why has she become a target of an unprecedented campaign of terror and hatred through media, courts, police and politicians? A campaign so overwhelming that it is grotesque, a campaign, which is becoming the biggest scandal in Europe today?
The Lithuanian government, President Dalia Grybauskaite, courts and police through action and inaction have raped the girl (and many other children) over and over again, they broke her will, terrorised her psychologically, drugged her (she was kidnapped on way from school and drugged in a hospital for a week), abused her and dumped her to her mother in a witness protection program. At present Deimante lives practically as a prisoner: in complete isolation, she receives no education, sees none, has no friends or people, who care for her. Her life is with two armed police security men and an abusive mother.

The Destruction of the Aunt Neringa Venckiene
In the course of four years Lithuanian media and especially main news platforms such as Lrytas.lt and 15min.lt have launched a massive attack of psychological terror against Neringa Venckiene. Daily, the media conducts a coordinated and massive psycho-terror, deception and manipulation of Lithuanian public to destroy an innocent woman fighting for justice.
How can ordinary people become a target of such an unprecedented and massive government attack? Attack by police and Special Forces? How can an ordinary woman, a judge, a mother, and a good citizen, respected by the community, her neighbours, a woman who has done nothing wrong or illegal, but to protect a child that clings on her neck and asks for protection, the child of her murdered brother – how can this woman be doing something wrong?
The battle to get the girl back is uneven, because at the core of the pedophile scandal is a system, which was built in Soviet times and which has persisted after the fall of Communism: the total control of the Lithuanian state by the Secret Police. And just as in Putin’s Russia the KGB/FSB is the only organised force to take total control of the country, in Lithuania the Secret and Intelligence Service still uses the same methods it used in Communism (psycho-terror, propaganda and deception, fear and show-trials, character assassinations through media, war on ordinary citizens who want to know the truth), has the same disdain for the weak and vulnerable, and the same disrespect for human life as in FSB-land Russia.
Lithuania is still in many levels totalitarian state. The media is controlled, and so are the courts, so are the police, special forces, and politicians have become ‘partners in crime’: abusing together and covering each other. And those, who try to oppose are immediately destroyed, often by using a favourite method from the KGB – punitive psychiatry.
And if someone, hypothetically, a very powerful individual can draw into the circle of paedophiles, high-ranking officials in each of the state institutions, politicians in the government, business and the media, he practically owns the state.
Evidence is systematically destroyed, and witnesses who try to speak up – removed. To use the momentum, the leaders of the new political movement in Lithuania must open it to the world, must use as much publicity as possible, because this is their insurance and defence against the perpetrators who rule the Lithuanian people today.
Thus, until now there has been no force strong enough to give back the power to the people. But the public outrage at the abuse of the girl and the war against Neringa Venckiene, her aunt, has sparked a new social movement, the Way of Courage. And this is why the Secret Service of Lithuania, their front men in business, and the government of Lithuania and the institutions are afraid of and want to destroy this honest and brave woman: Because this movement born out of desire for truth and justice could be their end and the beginning of true democracy in Lithuania.
And this is why they will do anything to destroy her.
The Show Trial of Neringa Venckiene: Stalin 2.0
At the moment, the parliament is advising on removing the aunt Neringa Venckiene’s immunity as a judge on fake charges so that she too can be prosecuted and destroyed professionally, personally, and economically. The criminals in government, courts and parliament, and the general prosecutor plan to put an innocent person in jail for 5 years to remove her as a political opponent and block the democratic revival in Lithuania. Criminals and victims will once again swap places like in the days of Stalin. Will the criminals again stay in power, while the innocent people rot in jail?
If you watch the video again: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_N4yURmXyU4, the aggression comes from one side only: police, bailiff, mother and her lawyer trying to tear the girl away from the neck of her aunt. Neringa Venckiene tries to defend the girl, who screams that it does not want to go to “live with Laima”, and asks them to ‘leave my home’.
How could such a woman become an enemy of the state and be subjected to long and systematic psychological terror?
The main reasons why high officials want her removed are two: first, she is pushing for investigation of the paedophile case, in which case the evidence has been systematically destroyed (murders of witnesses, destruction of material, massive media campaign for deception and disinformation of the public, and threats of legal destruction of anyone who dares speak about it publicly) and second, the political dangers that this new movement against corruption presents for those who hold power in Lithuania today, for the threat it poses to the government, to the governing parties, their people in the state institutions (courts, police etc), and their business friends.
She sets an example of bravery that can spark Lithuanians to seek to change the political system by removing those in power. People can be inspired to believe that they can resist the state – and win. From the president down to the last bureaucrat, the current power elite is afraid of that. They are afraid that Lithuanians may begin to believe they can win, they can be free. And this is why Neringa Venckiene, just like the little girl Deimante Kedyte – is targeted for destruction with a force so great to scare everyone in Lithuania who even thinks to oppose the government and the corrupted judiciary.
The raped girl has become a symbol of Lithuania. We can see her vulnerable body torn away from the place she wants to be, her future taken away from her as she is carried screaming out into the waiting van. We can see her mother and her lawyer holding opposite legs, her head is unsupported and so she has to clutch her ‘mother’ as she screams in horror. We can see that her mother and her lawyer have practiced the technique for carrying her away by force. And we can also see the police arresting vulnerable people, beating them and carrying them away, barefoot.
But if the people fight, they will win, because the fierce government attack on Neringa Venckiene and the new movement shows that we are dealing with a desperate enemy who knows that this is the end. The government of Lithuania is desperate and will fight with the full force of state propaganda and terror. The media tries to reduce the importance of the new political movement, because those who hold power in Lithuania today know that they will loose the coming elections. And they made a huge mistake, and will make more mistakes in the public Show Trial of Neringa Venckiene.
They try to say that protests around the country and around the world are small and insignificant. They trust that the old inertia and apathy will never be overcome. But they are wrong. This time, there is no way back. Their fear means that Lithuanian people will win.

Note to Edvardas Čiuldė: We will not comment on your intellectual abilities, which are rather minimal. We will not ask who paid you to write this article. And we will not ask Edvardas Čiuldė if he is a pedophile himself. Judging by the way he has written this deceptive article we know that he will never tell us the truth. He has written the article with the clear intention to defend pedophiles and criminals and destroy an innocent person (Neringa Venckiene).

Edvardas Čiuldė, Violeta Davoliute and Liudas Dapkus are liars. Their job is to deceive and manipulate and to prepare the way for the destruction of innocent lives in order to keep the criminals in power.

Stalin 2.0: Lith Secret Service plan for Neringa's Show Trial

DONATE TO NERINGA

The Lithuanian Secret Service uses the methods of the NKVD / KGB / FSB to eliminate Neringa Venckiene and all others who fight for justice: It follows the exact plan of the Stalin's Show Trials.

The principle is to twist the story around so that the crimes are placed on the victim via propaganda and show trials, false witnesses and "confessions" obtained through torture.

In the case of Neringa Venckiene all crimes committed by the pedophile clan: child abuse, manipulation, deception through media, brainwashing of victims, elimination of witnesses, murder, use of children for profit (trafficking) are placed on the innocent victim (Neringa Venckiene and those who help her) to eliminate her, while the criminals (Laima the mother and the pedophiles) get rewarded for their crimes.

Neringa is the next person to be eliminated, because her struggle for justice harms the criminals who hold power in Lithuania today.

The Show Trials Stalin Style is painfully familiar to everyone who has lived in Communism and have the following algorithm:

1. Create a story, a perverse world, in which victims and criminals swap places: the victims (Drasius Kedys, Neringa Venckiene, the peaceful protesters against corruption and child abuse) become the criminals (they are 'madding crowd' delusional and malicious), while the real criminals (Laima Stankunaite, the pedophiles and child molesters in Lithuanian government, business and politics) - pose as the victims that have to be compensated.

2. Organise a Show Trial, use a corrupt prosecutor, who clearly defends the criminals, replace honest judge (the judge who wanted to make Laima testify in court was poisoned today and will surely be removed because he asks too many questions) fabricate evidence, use false and corrupt witnesses to prove that the innocent people were the criminals.

3. Create a public "confession", in this case the testimony of abused and now drugged and traumatized Deimante (you can be sure they drug her and terrorise her every day to break her and make her 'testify' against the person she loves most - Neringa Venckiene)

4. Use lies and propaganda to fabricate Neringa Venckiene's guilt in all media and to prevent her from winning the elections (Laima Stankunaite's lawyer, the police, the bailiff, members of government and parliament have systematically lied and that is proven). Laima Stankunaite's lawyer has said that he will do anything to prove that the child was abused at Neringa's house. And given that he has no evidence of it, he has to fabricate it.

5. The criminals convict the innocent person, who fought to get justice - for their own crimes.

6. Scare the people so that they dont dare oppose the regime.

The difference this time is that the Show Trial is watched by an international community, which cannot be brainwashed and scared like the people living in Lithuania. You can fool a closed society to believe in the pervert world, but you have no chance with those observing the trial from abroad. There is no place to hide, because a global network is investigating this case and  will soon expose the criminals.
